TERMS OF PARTICIPATION

1. Nature of the Event: "A Whale Hunt" is a skill-based intellectual competition. No element of chance, luck, or gambling is involved in determining winners.

2. License Acquisition: The minting of a "Hunter License" NFT grants access to the digital enigmas. All sales are final. Due to the immutable nature of blockchain technology, no refunds or chargebacks will be processed under any circumstances.

3. Prize Pool Funding: Participants acknowledge that the Grand Prize (up to 10,000+ eth) is dynamically funded by the proceeds of license sales. The total prize amount is subject to the total volume of successful mints. 4. Intellectual Property: All enigmas, clues, and assets are the property of the Project. Unauthorized redistribution of solutions is prohibited and may result in disqualification.

5. Assumption of Risk: Participation involves interaction with smart contracts. The user assumes all risks associated with gas fees, network congestion, and wallet security.

6. Disqualification: Any attempt to use automated brute-force attacks or exploit smart contract vulnerabilities will result in immediate disqualification without refund.

7. Jurisdiction: This event is governed by the laws of Dominican Republic, and participation is void where prohibited by local law.
